Take part in our Asbestos SMART university and higher education early adopter trials

UKNAR are inviting forward thinking and innovative universities, colleges and higher educational institutions to participate in free early adopter trials for Asbestos SMART.

Asbestos SMART is already proving effective in a number of sectors. It has been installed by a small number of early adopters in retail, property management and social housing and is being trialed in several UK schools. To test its suitability further we are offering ten universities and colleges the opportunity to trial Asbestos SMART as part of their organisation’s compliance procedure. The trials will be free for the organisations selected to participate. Information gathered from the trials will be used to inform future product development.

There have also been increasing demands for a National Asbestos Database to help manage the UK’s asbestos risks more systematically and cost effectively.  We are hopeful that the trials will help us find the best and most practical way in which this can be implemented for the universities and higher education sector.
